Sugar Balance
Does anyone have a balanced sugar level & not feel good with this?
I just asked another question about this & one of my answers mentioned living with a balanced level for 3 years & never feeling comfortable. If you have experienced this & done something to get to feeling comfortable what did you do? Thank you!
To me (and I know this is not the opinion of everyone) having a balanced blood sugar means keeping it normal or low. Yes, there are hypoglycemic reactions, but, to me it beats the heck out of long term complications. The hypoglycemic reactions suck, but complications would suck a lot more. Some people find a pump works very well to keep in a normal range. But, for some people like me, a pump is not a tolerable option (ie. I am not willing to give up full contact martial arts and intense weight lifting–these are my vices). The problem I find is that over time I cannot always tell anymore when I am having a reaction until I am in the 30’s and sometimes lower
